None! You can stay fully clothed.
However, it might be a lot easier in some cases to use a massage oil in order to be able to be more gentle on your skin and be able to give you a deeper tissue massage. It is totally up to you, no pressure.(no pun intended)
Your massage therapist may require you to fill out a health history form(don't worry it's very quick). Your therapist will ask you what areas you would like to have him focus on during the session.
It is important to list all health concerns and medications so the therapist can adapt the session to your specific needs without doing any harm(chas v'shalom). It is also important to list any allergies so the therapist is aware if they need to use a different oil or lotion during the session.
Don't forget to tell us where you are most ticklish!
The massage is all about you.
If you would like the therapist to change anything such as pressure, areas worked, if something doesn't feel good to you, if you're too hot, or maybe even the music is not to your liking please let us know! We will not be offended and would be glad knowing we are making you feel the best you can be. Our goal is for you to relax, enjoy, and feel like you were given superpowers by the end of your session!
Nothing. Well, not 'nothing nothing' but more of a relaxed nothing kind of thing. Unlike the beach, you won't be able to soak up the sun and read a magazine, but don't worry just make yourself comfortable. Feel free to move so you are in the position most comfy for you. Most people lay on the table and relax. Some people like to talk, some people fall asleep. Whatever feels right 🙂
The last thing we want is for you to feel cold!(brr) Once you are undressed and on the table, the therapist will place a fuzzy warm towel over you. Only parts of your body being worked on will be uncovered.
As long as you want! Most people choose the 60min or 90min option which gives the massage therapist enought time to give you a full-body massage and experience max relaxation. There are also 30min avilable but it is more limited to spesfic areas like shoulders, neck and traps, back and shoulders, legs and thighs.
